Our Afternoon Tea is an unhurried ritual where precision and elegance meet:
delicate savoury creations, from truffled brioche with foie gras to lobster
choux éclairs, give way to an elegant progression of desserts, including citrus
cheesecake, meringue with bitter chocolate, pistachio kataif tart and the
all-time classic: vanilla scones with red currant jam.
Each stand is paired with an exceptional range of Ronnefeldt teas, chosen to elevate every note and nuance on the plate, with the option to add two glasses of chilled prosecco or sparkling wine for a celebratory touch.
