For one night only, guest Chef Richard Abou Zaki will curate a refined Michelin-starred experience, blending artistry, precision and contemporary elegance in a spectacular setting.
Beneath glittering chandeliers and timeless architecture, guests will indulge in an exquisite culinary journey inspired by the spirit of Italy and the magic of dining under the stars.


THE GASTRONOMIC JOURNEY
The Una Notte Sotto Le Stelle menu unveils a refined Italian - echoed culinary journey beginning with a delicate amuse-bouche and continuing with Amberjack served with Mediterranean sauce, a trilogy of lemon and floral dashi infused with basil, followed by an Adriatic risotto with “Tenera Ascolana” olives, sea bass and wild fennel.
The experience deepens with tortellini enveloped in a 30-month aged Parmigiano Reggiano cream and culminates in an exquisite Rossini-style beef, cherry wood-smoked and complemented by foie gras sauce, aromatic herb salsa, tarragon oil, black truffle, and Madeira, concluding with the signature Coccobello al Mare dessert, all beautifully paired with a curated selection of five Jidvei wines.
